Program Stages
The Replay Venture Program is designed with a structured, stage-based approach to help game founders grow step by step. From the Trial Phase to Funding Milestones, each stage is built to provide mentorship, resources, and capital to scale your game studio the right way

Application & Selection
Founders start by submitting their CV & Portfolio, which should highlight their experience, past projects, and vision. The selection process includes multiple interview rounds to assess team capabilities, business acumen, and investment readiness. Successful candidates will move to the Trial Phase, where they begin working closely with Replay.

Discovery Phase
A one-month sprint designed to test alignment between Replay and the founders. During this period, founders will work alongside Replay mentors to refine their game development methodology, business strategy, and execution process

Program Stage 1
The focus shifts to building and validating the game. Founders will work on developing their MVP, aligning their game mechanics, monetization model, and marketability with industry standards. Throughout this stage, Replay provides deep mentorship, bi-weekly check-ins, and iterative feedback loops to ensure that each studio is progressing effectively.

Program Stage 2
Supports the strengthening of the team and operational structure. At this stage, founders refine their business skills, improve cash flow and financial planning, and enhance user acquisition strategies. The goal is to transition from a game development team to a structured game studio, capable of sustaining and scaling projects successfully.

Program Stage 3
Founders focus on investment readiness, external fundraising, and scaling operations. This stage ensures that studios are well-prepared to secure Series A funding, publishing deals, or potential M&A opportunities. Replay provides strategic support in investor pitching, fundraising structuring, and long-term growth planning, helping studios position themselves for a successful exit or continued expansion.
